Biography

Michel is an experienced consultant in innovative and sustainable technological solutions, and a leader in the optimization of such projects, integrating water, food, energy and waste aspects. With a wealth of experience in the fields of energy-efficient environmental processes, organic and inorganic chemistry, biochemistry and agriculture, he is able to cover the development of technologies from R&D to discovery and commercialization. He is an innovator, which enables him to create and find solutions adapted to the needs of each project.

His areas of expertise make him a multi-disciplinary consultant, capable of adapting to situations, responding rapidly to requests in a highly professional manner, analyzing issues, finding solutions, guiding and supporting.

Each problem brought to his attention is seriously analyzed to find the best possible solution, based on his knowledge, experience and on his results observed over time with regard to the technologies applied. His goal: to help as many people as possible to improve their living conditions and their environment.

Moreover, since 2020, in association with a partner, he covers the territories of North America, South America, Central America and the Caribbean to meet the many technological needs of these communities by selecting sustainable, simple and effective technologies for customers calling on its consulting services and expertise.

Michel also has several other strings to his bow. He is the president of a non-profit organization called Route des Gerbes d'Angelica whose mission is to help the most disadvantaged living in situations of food insecurity, including children. His goals in creating projects are to spark interest among young people in agriculture, horticulture (edible plants and flowers), nature (the forest and its resources) and the environment. Educational gardens are set up and developed to offer children, adolescents and adults a place where they can get involved, learn, share and feed themselves.

In addition, this organization owns a company called Auberge la Daïna, located in Baie-Saint-Paul, in the beautiful Charlevoix region of Quebec, a hotel and tourist establishment that offers several rooms in addition to a bistro-boutique and a restaurant. It also collaborates in the development of the company Angelica Route gourmande, which prepares menus and meals for the Auberge's restaurant and processes food to offer ready-to-eat, canned and freeze-dried products from the Bistro-boutique, developed thanks to its expertise. It is also part of the organization's project to develop, implement this new technology in various locations, and teach this new process aimed at reducing food waste and helping to resolve problems related to food insecurity.

This new process aims to reduce food waste and ensure a longer shelf life for food and will be taught to all those interested, young and old.

It should be noted that all the projects of Route des Gerbes d'Angelica, the non-profit organization, are supported by the two entities named above. All the projects for which Michel collaborates all have the same objective, to work for the good of others and for the preservation of the environment.
